Innovation in the management of pupils' learning

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o inovacích v řízení žákovského učení v primární edukaci. Smyslem diplomové práce je poukázat na aktuální využití inovací v kontextu řízení žákovského učení v primární edukaci. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda řízení učebních činností žáků v primární edukaci má celkově inovativní charakter. Teoretická část se soustředí na problematiku vymezení východisek pojetí inovací v primární edukaci a výuky v primárním vzdělávání z hlediska řízení. Rozděluje koncepty inovovaného řízení učebních činností žáků na úrovni cílů, obsahu i strategií řízení výuky z hlediska metod, forem, prostředků a přístupům k výsledkům výuky. Klade důraz na inovační strategie řízení výuky z hlediska obsahu výuky. Jedná se o problematiku učebních úloh vzhledem k učebním činnostem žáků, k jejich parametrům, aspektům práce s nimi, vymezením dané taxonomie učebních úloh a dělením učebních úloh na základě jejich typologie. Identifikuje žákovské otázky jako inovaci v primární edukaci a jejich typologie operační náročnosti. Věnuje se i dosavadnímu pedagogickému výzkumu v oblasti inovací řízení žákovského učení. Kvalitativní výzkum, který je podkladem pro praktickou část diplomové práce, je realizován pomocí triangulace sběru dat vybraných výzkumných metod jako je hloubkový polostrukturovaný rozhovor, zúčastněné pozorování a obsahová analýza dokumentů. Inovace v řízení žákovského učení se během distančního vzdělávání objevila a projevila v různých východiscích. Je důležité, aby si žáci uvědomovali, že v procesech poznávání mají k dispozici více cest, a že každá situace má více řešení. Učitel by měl být ve výuce inovativní, měl by hledat nová řešení pro řízení výuky, vést žáky k motivaci, k autoregulaci učebních činností, k sebekontrole, sebereflexi a sebehodnocení. Je třeba postupně hledat, zkoušet, nacházet možné cesty a tvořit různé možnosti, jak inovovat výuku v primární edukaci. Zvolená triangulace sběru dat poskytla podklady potřebné k nalezení odpovědí na stanovené výzkumné otázky i k ověření platnosti výzkumných předpokladů a umožnila zjistit současnou situaci v oblasti inovací v řízení žákovského učení. Ve výsledcích jsou nejzajímavější nálezy, které se týkají inovací ve výuce. Novou strategií ve výuce, která vede žáky k řízení vlastního učení, pomocí něhož se žáci mohou naučit autoregulovanému učení je autoregulace učebních činností. Vede žáky k aktivizaci ve výuce. Výsledky výuky s autentickým učením vedou žáky k sebekontrole a sebehodnocení. Autonomní přístup k hodnocení může podpořit sebehodnocení žáka. Dalším inovativním postupem bude využití vzdělávací technologie ve výuce. Pomocí zvolených postupů při učebních činnostech vedoucích k dosažení výukových cílů dochází díky vzájemné činnosti učitele a žáků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with innovations in the management of pupils' learning in primary education. The purpose of the thesis is to point out the current use of innovation in the context of pupils' learning management in primary education. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to find out whether the management of learning activities of pupils in primary education has overall innovative character. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of defining starting points for the concept of innovation in primary education and teaching in primary education in terms of management. It divides the concepts of innovative management of pupils' learning activities at the level of goals, content and teaching management strategies in terms of methods, forms, means and approaches to teaching results. It emphasizes innovative strategies for teaching management in terms of teaching content. Specifically, the issue of learning tasks with respect to pupils' learning activities, their parameters, aspects of working with them, defining the given taxonomy of learning tasks and dividing learning tasks based on their typology. It also identifies pupils' questions as an innovation in primary education and their typology of operational complexity. In addition, it deals with current pedagogical research in the field of pupils' learning management innovation. Qualitative research, which is the basis for the practical part of the thesis, is implemented by triangulation of data collection of selected research methods such as the in-depth semi-structured interview, participatory observation and content analysis of documents. Innovations in the management of pupils' learning have emerged during distance learning and manifested itself in various ways. It is important for pupils to realize that in the cognition processes they have multiple paths, and that each situation offers multiple solutions. The teacher should be innovative in teaching, s/he should look for new solutions for teaching management, lead pupils to motivation, self-regulation of learning activities, self-control, self-reflection and self-evaluation. It is necessary to gradually search, to try, to find new possible ways and to create various ways to innovate teaching in primary education. The chosen triangulation of data collection has provided the data needed in order to find answers regarding the established research questions as well as to verify the validity of research assumptions and it has made it possible to find out the current situation in the field of innovation in the management of pupils' learning. The results include the most interesting findings that relate to the innovation in teaching. The new teaching strategy that guides pupils to manage their own learning - thanks to which pupils can teach themselves self-regulated learning - is the self-regulation of learning activities. It leads pupils to activation in teaching. Teaching results with authentic learning lead pupils to self-control and self-esteem. An autonomous approach to assessment can support the pupils' self-assessment. Another innovative procedure will be the use of educational technology in teaching. Using selected procedures at learning activities leading to the achievement of learning objectives occur through mutual work between teachers and pupils.
