Computer criminality

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku počítačové kriminality, její historický vývoj až do dnešní doby a osobu pachatele. Konkrétně se zabývá nejvýznamnějšími projevy počítačové kriminality a jejich trestněprávním postihem. Zachycuje význam prevence, problematiku odhalování a dokazování trestné činnosti v rámci informační kriminality, spolupráci s mezinárodními nevládními institucemi bojujícími s počitačovou kriminalitou, ale také prognostický výhled do budoucnosti spolu se zhodnocením a analýzou návrhu nového trestního zákoníku.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on problems of cybercrime, its historical evolution from the past to the present time and the individual of offender. Concretely, it deals with the most interesting manifestations of computer crime and their criminal recourses. It also deals with prevention, exposuring and proving the criminal activity under the computer criminality, cooperation of czech authorities with international non-governmental organisations and prognostic view into the future together with analysis of the new penal code.
