Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické časti věnující se trombofilním mutacím a jejich vlivu na těhotenství. Popisuje fyziologii krevního srážení a patogenní změny, které u mutací nastávají. V práci jsou vyjmenovány a popsány nejrozšířenější trombofilní mutace. Velká pozornost je věnována diagnostice, zejména za pomoci genetických vyšetřovacích metod. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis consists of a theoretical part focuses on thrombophilic mutations and their effect on pregnancy. It describes the physiology of blood clotting and the pathogenic changes that occur with mutations. The work describes the most widespread thrombophilic mutations.
