The role of punishment in the post- industrial society. Legal and philosophical analysis of the problem
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je funkce trestu a trestání v postindustriální společnosti,ve které vznikají nové společenské vazby vlivem globaizačních procesů. Popisuje jak se měnily formy trestu a trestání a zaměřuje se na účinnost alternativního trestání s ohledem na trestání mládeže.
Abstract:
Main objective of this bachelor's thesis is function of punishment inside postindustrial society, inside which a new social ties originates due to globalization process. It describes how forms of punishemnt have been changing over past decades and it specialises in effectivness of alternative ways of punishment with regard to punishment of youth.
