Identification of potentially dangerous operators in the region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací potenciálně nebezpečných provozovatelů, kteří jakkoliv při své činnosti manipulují s chemickými látkami. Nejprve je analyzována problematika právních předpisů, která řeší nakládání s nebezpečnými látkami, dále jsou rozebrány náležitosti provozovatelů skupin „A“ a „B“ a podlimitních objektů. Uvedeny jsou i mimořádné události, které se odehrály v ČR a ve světě. V bakalářské práci, v praktické části, je potom provedena riziková analýza vybraných podlimitních subjektů v Libereckém kraji.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the identification of potentially dangerous operators who in any way handle chemicals in their companies. Firstly, the issue of legislation that addresses the handling of hazardous substances is analyzed, then the requirements of operators of groups "A" and "B" and subthreshold objects are analyzed. There are also disasters that have occurred in the Czech Republic and the world. In the thesis, in the practical part, a risk analysis of selected subresholdt entities in the Liberec region is made.
