The first gravidity - Evaluation of the level of quality at outpatient clinic prenatal care administration services

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je věnovaná prvnímu těhotenství - hodnocení stupně kvality při poskytování prenatální péče v ambulantním zařízení a jedná se o teoreticko-praktickou práci. Teoretická část je přehledem základních informací objasňujících problematiku dispenzarizace těhotných žen, prenatální diagnostiku, definuje pojem primární zdravotní péče a komunitní ošetřovatelství, popisuje kompetence porodní asistentky. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá pojmem kvalita péče, objasňuje pojem standard a klinický audit. V praktické části jsou dva návrhy procesuálních standardů péče včetně auditů vypracované autorkou. Dále je v šesti případových studií zaznamenaný průběh prenatální prohlídky se stanovením individuálních potřeb za použití klasifikace NANDA II.

Abstract:

The propounded bachelor thesis is dedicated to the first gravidity ? evaluation of the level of quality at outpatient clinic prenatal care administration services and provides the theoretical and applied thesis. The theoretical part is a survey of basic information explaining problematics of pregnant women dispensarisation, prenatal diagnostics, defines the term of primary health care and community nursing, describes competence of a midwife. Next, the bachelor thesis deals with the term of care quality, explains the term of standard and clinical audit. In the applied part, there are two drafts of process standards of care including audits created by the authoress. Next, the prenatal check-up process with individual care assessment using NANDA II. clasification is recorded in six case studies.
