Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti učitelů v souvislosti s autoritou a kázní žáků ve třídě. V teoretické části je popsána profese učitele, zabývá se také otázkou kázně žáků, způsoby řešení nekázně a jejímu předcházení. Dále obsahuje rozbor autority učitele. This thesis deals with the satisfaction of teachers in relation to the authority and discipline of pupils in the classroom. The theoretical part describes the teaching profession, personality, it also deals with the issue of discipline pupils, ways of dealing with indiscipline and its prevention.
