Bakalářská práce na téma „Tzv. aktivně legitimované osoby ve sporech z nekalé soutěže“ se zabývá, jak již vyplývá z jejího názvu, jednotlivými subjekty vystupujícími ve sporech nekalé soutěže. Aktivní legitimace vyjadřuje oprávnění subjektu, podat žalobu k soudu, v případě že jiný subjekt zasáhne nekalosoutěžním jednáním do jeho práv. The bachelor thesis on theme “Persons Having Active Legitimacy in Unfair Competition Disputes” deals, as follows from its title, with individual subjects appearing in unfair competition disputes.
