Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou psychické náročnosti porodu. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování základních pojmů: porod, kontrakce děložní, náročné životní situace, strach, úzkost, stres, porodní bolest, zároveň na strategie zvládání porodní bolesti a obranné mechanismy psychiky. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the psychological demands of childbirth. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts: childbirth, uterine contractions, difficult life situations, fear, anxiety, stress, postpartum pain, as well as coping strategies and psychological defence mechanisms.
