Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Pohybová průprava pro gymnastické prvky na 1. stupni ZŠ“ předkládá ve své praktické části návrh cviků, které v hodinách tělesné výchovy slouží jako průprava ke gymnastickým prvkům i jako vhodná všeobecná pohybová průprava. Předkládá tak učitelům na 1. stupni ZŠ netradiční možnost, jak lze využít základy gymnastiky a průpravy k ní v hodinách tělesné výchovy.
Abstract:
The Thesis „Physical activity, grounding for gymnastic elements at Primary school“ present in their practical section a set of exercises, that the physical education classes serves as a basic skills for gymnastic elements and also as useful general movement preparation.
