Diplomová práce na téma jazykový vs. teleologický výklad nejdříve uvádí základní dělení výkladových metod a vybrané předpoklady pro jejich užívání. Poté vykresluje základy i podrobnosti obou výkladových metod, specifika a možnosti jejich užití (analytická část).
