Abstract:
Retribuční mimořádné soudnictví patří k jednomu z hlavních charakteristických znaků politického systému Třetí republiky. V úvodu bakalářské práce je nastíněn politický systém Třetí republiky a jsou představeny retribuční dekrety prezidenta republiky. Retribution extraordinary justice is one of the main characteristic signs of political system during the period of Third Republic. The first part of the bachelor's thesis introduces the political system and the retribution president´s decrees in Third Republic.
