Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou korupce ve sportu. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je podrobně popsána korupce, její definice, druhy korupce a její ukotvení v trestním zákoníku. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of corruption in sport. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes in detail corruption, its definition, types of corruption and its anchoring in the Criminal Code.
