Abstract:
The thesis deals with the institute of the Ombudsman in the Czech Republic with a focus on the role of the Ombudsman in the so-called monitoring of expulsion of the foreigners. The theoretical part characterizes and defines the institute of the Public Defender of Rights. Attention is also paid to the issue of forced returns and residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic.
