Professional path of deputy headteachers of basic schools.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Profesní dráha zástupců ředitelů základních škol“ přibližuje specifické fáze kariéry každého zástupce, jeho začátek, vstup do funkce s následnou adaptací na nové pracovní prostředí a dále odvíjení jeho pracovní dráhy. Práce si klade za cíl stanovení, identifikaci a pojmenování jednotlivých úseků profesní dráhy skrze kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, s využitím narativního přístupu a prostřednictvím metody životní historie. Umožňuje tak zachytit důležité životní události zástupců ředitelů. Triangulace dat nám napomáhá vidět jejich profesní dráhu v širším kontextu. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku školského managementu, důkladně specifikuje a přibližuje zástupce ředitele, následně popisuje jejich pracovní kariéru. Empirická část práce zahrnuje metodologii výzkumu, kdy objasňuje projekt a cíle výzkumu, výzkumné otázky, výběr respondentů, analýzu dat a prezentaci výsledků výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "The Career of Primary School Deputies" describes the specific phases of the career of each representative, their beginning, entering the post followed by their adaptation to the new working environment and the development of their career path. The aim of the thesis is to determine, identify and name individual sections of the career path, through the qualitative research, narrative approach and through the life history method, to capture important life events. Data triangulation helps us see the career path of representatives in a broader context. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of school management, specifies and approaches the deputy director, then describes the career. The empirical part of the work includes a research methodology where it explains the research project and objectives, research questions, respondent selection, data analysis and presentation of research results.
