Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá předprofesní a profesní přípravou žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením a jejich pracovním uplatněním na trhu práce. Pojednává o problematice lehkého mentálního postižení, o legislativě v rámci vzdělávání těchto žáků a volbě povolání. Také pojednává o poradenství v oblasti předprofesní a profesní přípravy žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením a možnostech jejich pracovního uplatnění. Cílem empirické části diplomové práce bylo zjistit názory učitelů vzdělávající žáky s lehkým mentálním postižením, na představy těchto žáků o svém budoucím výkonu povolání. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jaké vyučovací metody a formy výuky používají tito učitelé.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with prevocational and vocational training of pupils with mild intellectual disability and their employment opportunities in the labour market. It focuses on the issue of mild intellectual disability, legislation concerning educating such pupils and their choice of profession. It also concerns consultancy in the field of prevocational and vocational training of pupils with mild intellectual disability and their employment opportunities. The aim of the practical part of this thesis was to gather opinions of the teachers educating pupils with mild intellectual disability of the pupils ideas of their future profession. Another aim was to ascertain the teachers´ methods and forms of teaching.
