Abstract:

Předmětem diplomová práce je ve své teoretické části představit důležitost municipální úrovně veřejné správy se zaměřením na problematiku správy v členěných a nečleněných statutárních městech České republiky na základě české a zahraniční odborné literatury. V praktické části budou nejprve představeny specifické charakteristiky statutárních měst v ČR, stěžejní část jejího textu se zaměří na porovnání problémových aspektů výkonu veřejné správy, tak jak je vnímají úředníci územně členěných a územně nečleněných statutárních měst v České republice.

Abstract:

The subject of thesis is in its theoretical importance of the present municipal levels of government with a focus on governance of structured and unitary statutory cities of the Czech Republic by Czech and foreign literature. The practical part will first be introduced the specific characteristics of statutory towns in the Czech Republic, a crucial part of her text focuses on comparing the problematic aspects of public administration, as perceived by officials and territorially divided and territorially unitary statutory cities in the country.
