This thesis is dedicated to processing results of cell-tracking algorithms which were created by participants of Cell Tracking Challenge. Práca sa zaoberá spracovaním výsledkov trackovacích algoritmov, ktoré vytvoria účastníci Súťaže na trackovanie buniek. Cieľom je vizualizovať výsledky vo forme tabuľky, kvantitatívne ich analyzovať, umožniť výber podmnožiny výsledkov a taktiež ich porovnať s referenčnými výsledkami.
