Kathrin Röggla: Creative methods of contemporary Austrian author

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Kathrin Röggla. Tvůrčí metoda současné rakouské autorky se zabývá specifickou tvůrčí metodou Kathrin Röggla (1971). Tu diplomant zkoumá na základě tří jejích divadelních textů. Konkrétně jde o texty fake reports (2002), my nespíme (2004) a nevyhnutelní (2011), které sám přeložil do češtiny. Nejdříve rozebírá tradici, ze které tři zvolené texty vyrůstají. Prostřednictvím analýz je pak individuálně představuje a teoreticky uvádí do českého kulturního kontextu. Tím také ozřejmuje autorčinu tvůrčí metodu. Následný popis této metody jde ruku v ruce se zdůrazněním jejího významu. Přílohou diplomové práce jsou diplomantovy překlady tří analyzovaných divadelních textů a jeho rozhovor s autorkou.

Abstract:

The Diploma Thesis with the title „Kathrin Röggla. The work method of contemporary austrian writer“ deal with the specific work method of Kathrin Röggla (1971). The author explores three of her theatre plays: „fake reports“ (2002), „wir schlafen nicht“ (2004) and „die unvermeidlichen“ (2011), which he personally translated into Czech. At first he speaks about these plays individually, then he characterises her work method in general. He also analyses the specific tradition of this german-speaking literature stream. The Apendix of his work consists of three translations of Röggla´s plays, which the author made, and of the interview, which he did with her.
