Diplomová práce se zabývá přechodem z podnikání fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným s důrazem na účetní a daňovou problematiku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na podnikání fyzické osoby a s.r.o. v podmínkách nové platné legislativy. The thesis addresses business transition from the natural person to the limited liability company with a focus on accounting and tax issues.
