Abstract:

Edukace u pacienta s břišní stomií. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Karolína Stuchlíková, PhD. Praha 2021. 78s. Tématem bakalářské práce je edukace u pacienta s břišní stomií. Stomií se obecně rozumí jako úmělé vyvedení dutého orgánu na povrch těla ven. V bakalářské práci je popsán přesněji typ břišní stomie. Teoretická část byla charakterizována dosud známými poznatky o stomiích obecně a z historického hlediska, indikací k zavedení stomie, operačními řešeními, komplexní ošetřovatelskou péčí, dietoterapií a stomickými pomůckami. V neposlední řadě se zabývá životním režimem stomika, komunikací se stomickým pacientem a edukací v ošetřovatelství. Praktická část obsahuje informace o konkrétní pacientce, které byla stomie zavedena z důvodu penetrujícího karcinomu do části recta. Pacientka docházela do ambulance praktického lékaře, kde byl zhotoven edukační proces ve všech pěti fázích. Edukační proces byl rozdělen do třech edukačních jednotek. První edukační jednotka zahrnuje správné ošetření břišní stomie a vhodně zvolené stomické pomůcky. Další je vhodný životní režim se stomií. A poslední edukační jednotkou jsou správné návyky stravování a pitného režimu při zavedení stomie. Pro tyto edukační jednotky byly stanoveny následující cíle. Kognitivní: Pacientka si osvojila základy péče a správnou techniku při ošetřování břišní stomie. Osvojila si vědomosti ohledně správného stravování a pitného režimu a základy o správném životním režimu. Afektivní: pacientka se k edukaci staví zodpovědně a s respektem. A poslední behaviorální: pacientka umí ošetřovat svou stomii, zná a umí vyjmenovat zásady správného stravování a začíná dodržovat správný životní režim stomika. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou navržená veškerá doporučení pro praxi.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is education in a patient with an abdominal stoma. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part was describe all knowledge about ostomy, deals with the historical development of ostomy, indications for the introduction of stoma, surgical solutions, complications and ostomy aids and the latest models, and investigates various aspects of the life of an ostomy patient. The stoma is the outlet of the hollow organ out. The practical part contains information about a specific patient who had a stoma due to penetrating cancer into the rectum. The patient went to the general practitioner's outpatient clinic, where the education process was completed in all five phases. The educational process was divided into three educational units. The first educational unit is the correct treatment of the abdominal stoma and appropriately selected ostomy aids. Another is a suitable lifestyle with a stoma. The last educational unit is eating and drinking habits when introducing a stoma. The following objectives have been set for these educational units. Cognitive: The patient learns the basics of care and technology in the treatment of abdominal stoma. She became aware of the right diet and drinking regime and the basics of a proper lifestyle. Affective: the patient responds responsibly and respects. And last behavioral: the patient is able to treat her stoma, knows and can list the principles of proper eating and begins to follow the correct lifestyle of the ostomy. At the end of the bachelor thesis are included all recommendations for practice.
