Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dobrovolnictví v bezpečnostní oblasti a soukromé bezpečnostní agentury. V teoretické části je sepsána charakteristika společnosti nynější i minulé a její pohled na problematiku. Dále je zde vysvětleno, proč je bezpečnost důležitá a jak je zajišťována. The bachelor thesis focuses on volunteering in the security area and private security agencies. The theoretical section describes the current and past characteristics of company and its opinion on the issue. Furthermore, it explains why safety is important and how it is ensured.
