Abstract:
The objective of the current study was to determine morphological and molecular differences between diploids and induced autotetraploid plants in Callisia fragrans Lindl. (Woodson). Diploid plants were subjected to Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium containing oryzalin at concentrations 1, 5, and 10 μM for 4 and 8 weeks.
