Female life quality with genital warts

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. V teoretické části popisuji kvalitu života, dále se zabývám genitálními bradavicemi a to, jejich příčinou, klinickým obrazem, diagnostikou, terapií, prevencí a v neposlední řadě se zabývám problematikou HPV a možnými vakcinacemi před tímto onemocněním. V praktické části se věnuji dotazníkovému šetření, které bylo anonymní a skládalo se z demografických otázek, dotazníku GRISS a standardizovaného dotazníku SF 36. Cílem práce bylo porovnat kvalitu života a sexuální spokojenost zdravých žen s kvalitou života a sexuální spokojeností žen s genitálními bradavicemi. Samotný výzkum probíhal od konce prosince 2017 do konce února 2018. Dotazník byl rozdán v privátní gynekologické ordinaci MUDr. Petra Kučaby v Mostě, na internetovém portále survio.com a v blízkém okolí. Celkový počet respondentek byl 100. Výsledky byly zpracovány pomocí tabulek a grafů pomocí absolutní a relativní četnosti, hypotézy byly zpracovány pomocí chí-kvadrát testu v aplikaci Microsoft Excel.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is composed of theoretic and empirical part. In the theoretical part I describe the quality of life, I deal with genital wars, namely their cause, clicical characterization, diagnostic, therapy, prevention and last but not least I deal with HPV problematic and possible vaccinations against this disease. In the practical part I deal with the questionnaire survey, which was anonymous and was made of demographic questions, GRISS questionnaire and SF 36 standardized questionnaire. The goal of the thesis was to compare quality of live and sexual satisfaction of healthy women with the quality of life and sexual satisfaction of women with genital warts. The research itself was conducted from the end of December 2017 until the end of February 2018. The questionnaire was distributed in the private gynecological surgery of MUDr. Petr Kučaba in Most, on the internet website survio.com and in the surrounding area. The total number of respondents was 100. The results were compiled using spreadsheets and graphs using absolute and relative frequency, hypotheses were processed using the chi-quadrate test in Microsoft Excel.
