Tato diplomová práce zkoumá možnost aplikace povrchem zesílené Ramanovy spektroskopie na analýzu eukaryotických buněk. This thesis is an investigation of the application of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy for the analysis of eukaryotic cells. In the theoretical part, Raman scattering is explained, as well as the enhancement of its signal by using metal nanoparticles. Certain uses of this method are mentioned.
