V této diplomové práci se zaměřujeme na teorie Rogera Scrutona a Kendalla Walto-na o fotografii, s důrazem na koncept transparentnosti, který formuloval Kendall Walton. Zkoumáme, zda lze fotografii považovat za umění, přičemž analyzujeme ar-gumenty obou autorů a kritiky jejich přístupů. In this thesis, we focus on Roger Scruton and Kendall Walton's theories of photography, with an emphasis on Kendall Walton's concept of transparency. We examine whether photo-graphy can be considered art, analysing the arguments of both authors and the criticisms of their approaches.
