Smart City - The Concept of a Smart Pedestrian Crossing

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem chytrého města, který je jedním z významných bodů vývoje měst. V teoretické části jsou čtenáři představeny základní myšlenky tohoto kon-ceptu, jeho oblasti a komponenty. Významná část práce je také věnována technologiím, které jsou v chytrých městech využívány. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh řešení konkrétní situace týkající se frekventovaného přechodu pro chodce v obci Zeleneč. Tento návrh je vytvořen za využití principů a technologií koncep-tu chytrého města, se kterými byl čtenář seznámen v první části práce. Výsledný návrh bude autorkou této bakalářské práce předložen zastupitelstvu obce Zeleneč k realizaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis presents the concept of a smart city, which is one of the important points of urban development. In the theoretical part, the basic principles of the concept are described, along with the division into its dimensions and components. A significant part of the thesis is also devoted to technologies that are used in smart cities.The main aim of this thesis is to propose a solution to a specific situation concerning the fre-quent pedestrian crossing in Zeleneč. This proposal is created using the principles and tech-nologies introduced in the first, theoretical part of this thesis. The final proposal will be then presented to the municipal council of Zeleneč for the implementation.
