Předmětem diplomové práce „Procesní řízení nákladů“ je alokace nákladů podle aktivit přesněji zachycující příčinu vzniku režijních nákladů. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na seznámení s tradičními kalkulačními metodami a následně s metodou Activity-Based Costing. V další části je charakterizován postup tvorby ABC modelu. The subject of the submitted diploma thesis “Activity based Management” is the cost allocation by activity that more accurately captures the cause of the overheads. The theoretical part is concentrated on introduction to the traditional costing methods and followed by a method of Activity-Based Costing.
