Abstract:

Diplomová práce je soustředěna na problematiku klastrové iniciativy. Pozornost je upřena především na Ústecký kraj. Z toho důvodu byl zvolen název Klastry a klastrové iniciativy v Ústeckém kraji. Cílem diplomové práce je provést rozbor klastrů v Ústeckém kraji a uvést do komparace negativa a pozitiva této problematiky. Diplomová práce je systematicky rozdělena na část praktickou a teoretickou. První část pojednává o teoreticko metodologických východiscích v oblasti klastrů. Jedná se především o historické hledisko, kde je stěžejní osobností Alfred Marshall. Jedním z dílčích cílů je podrobně specifikovat klastry jako takové. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní firmy, které využívají klastrové iniciativy v Ústeckém kraji. Všechny získané poznatky z empirického výzkumu jsou prezentovány v diskusi a závěru.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of cluster initiative. Attention is focused mainly on the Ústí Region. That is why the name Clusters and Cluster Initiatives in the Ústí nad Labem Region was chosen. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the clusters in the Ústí nad Labem Region and to compare the negatives and the positive aspects of this issue. The diploma thesis is systematically divided into practical and theoretical part. The first part deals with the theoretical methodological approaches in the area of clusters. This is primarily a historical point of view where Alfred Marshall is a key figure. One of the partial objectives is to specify clusters as such. The practical part is focused on specific companies that use cluster initiatives in the Ústí nad Labem region. All the lessons learned from empirical research are presented in the discussion and conclusion.
