The return on investments in photovoltaic panels of family houses

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návratností investice do fotovoltaických panelů rodinných domků a dobou návratnosti této investice. Tato vypočtená doba návratnosti vycházející ze skutečných údajů se porovná s dobou návratnosti, kterou vypočítá „Internetová solární kalkulačka“. Poté se zjistí, zda průměrná doba životnosti fotovoltaických panelů postačí k tomu, aby byla vytvořena rezerva na koupi nových fotovoltaických panelů. V teoretické části popisuje obnovitelné zdroje, dále se práce soustřeďuje zejména na fotovoltaické elektrárny. Vysvětluje princip fungování, zmiňuje historii fotovoltaiky, legislativu a také ekologii a recyklaci fotovoltaických panelů. Výzkumným problémem je výpočet doby návratnosti vynaložené investice a výpočet tvorby rezervy na pořízení nových fotovoltaických panelů. Aplikační část je zaměřena na reálné informace od vlastníků fotovoltaických elektráren, které byly uvedeny do provozu roku 2009 a 2012. Obsahuje výpočty doby návratnosti investice a rezervy na obnovení fotovoltaických panelů. V této části práce jsou přehledně vyobrazeny všechny náklady a výnosy za jednotlivé roky provozu. Výpočet doby návratnosti je nejdříve vypočítán podle reálných hodnot a poté je porovnán s dobou návratností, kterou nám vypočítá internetová solární kalkulačka. Porovnává návratnost také z hlediska rozdílů ve výši poskytované podpory v rámci zelených bonusů mezi těmito lety.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the return on investment in photovoltaic panels of family houses and the return time of this investment. This calculated payback time based on actual data is compared with the payback time calculated by the "Internet Solar Calculator". After that is determined whether the average lifetime of photovoltaic panels is sufficient to create a reserve for the purchase of new photovoltaic panels. In the theoretical part are described renewable sources and the work is mainly focused on photovoltaic power plants. It explains the principle of operation, mentions the history of photovoltaics, legislation, as well as the ecology and recycling of photovoltaic panels. The research part consists of calculation of the payback period of the expended investment and the calculation of the reserve creation for the acquisition of new photovoltaic panels. The application part focuses on real information from owners of photovoltaic power plants that were put into operation in 2009 and 2012. It includes calculations of the payback time of the investment and the reserve for renewal of photovoltaic panels. In this part of the work, all costs and revenues for each year of operation are clearly presented. The calculation of the payback time is first calculated based on the real values and then compared with the payback time calculated by the internet solar calculator. It also compares the returns in terms of the differences in the amount of funding under the green bonuses between these years.
