Purpose in community service from the view of the organizations which are providing the positions for the execution of this punishment.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trestu obecně prospěšných prací se zvláštním zřetelem na organizace, které zajišťují místa pro výkon tohoto alternativního trestu. Práce si klade za cíl odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která zní: „Zda a jakým způsobem naplňuje trest obecně prospěšných prací svůj účel z pohledu organizací zajišťujících výkon tohoto alternativního trestu?“ Práce je rozdělena do tří celků. První z nich, teoretická část, je zaměřena na pojem trest a trest obecně prospěšných prací, vymezuje koncept účelu trestu a organizací, jež jsou do procesu výkonu trestu zahrnuty. V druhé, metodologické části, jsou zdůvodněny postupy výzkumu a třetí, analytická část, interpretuje zjištěné skutečnosti. Na jejich základě je pak v závěru práce zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Abstract:

This diploma work’s thesis will focus on the issues related to punishment of community service with special attention to the organizations which are providing the positions for the execution of this punishment. The main focus of this thesis is the main research question: „Whether and how community service executed its purpose from the view of the organizations which are guaranteed the execution of this alternative sanction? “ This diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part is focused on the concept of punishment and community service; also define the concept of purpose of punishment and organizations which are involved in the process of execution of this alternative sanction. In the second methodological part there are given reasons for procedures of research, the third analytic part interprets identified facts. On their basis is answered the main research question on the conclusion of the thesis.
