Flexible forms of employment

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá flexibilními formami výkonu práce. Úvodní kapitoly se věnují především představení pojmu flexibility a v návaznosti na to pojmem flexicurity. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé formy výkonu práce upravené v českém zákoníku práce. Zbytek forem výkonu práce, které lze stále považovat za flexibilní, ale nejsou přímou součástí úpravy zákoníku práce, je popsán v kapitole č. 5. V závěru se tato práce zabývá popisem přístupu Evropské Unie k dané problematice a představení některých institutů flexibilních forem výkonu práce, které jsou upravené na úrovni Evropské unie. Veškeré poznatky jsou shrnuty v závěru této práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is dealing with flexible forms of employment. Introductory chapters are introducing primarily the term flexibility and followed with introducing of the term flexicurity. After this there are described each of flexible forms of employment which are regulated in the czech Labor law. Rest of forms of employment that we can still take as flexible but that are not directly regulated in the czech Labor law are in the chapter 5 of this thesis. In the end this thesis is dealing with the description of the European Union approach to these issues and next there is introduced some of the institutes of flexible form of employment directly regulated by the European Union. All findings are summarized in the last chapter of this diploma thesis.
