Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení počtu prachových částic ve výrobním zařízení se zvýšeným požadavkem na čistotu prostředí. Cílem diplomové práce je provést klasifikaci vybraných laboratoří v souladu s příslušnou technickou normou následně výsledky porovnat s podobnými typy provozů a diskutovat možné směry zlepšení stavu měřených čistých prostor. Cíle byly naplněny s využitím měření počtu polétavých prachových částic ve vybraném prostředí a syntézou informací z vědeckých publikací. Diplomová práce je členěna do několika oddílů. První z nich je Metodika práce. V této kapitole se blíže seznámíme s metodami a postupy, které byly k dosažení jednotlivých cílů využity. Následuje kapitola Literární přehled. Literární přehled shrnuje poznatky získané z odborné literatury, která se touto problematikou zabývá. Nalezneme zde definice čistého prostředí, znečišťujících látek. Popis metod vhodných pro měření koncentrace částic v ovzduší. Základní specifikaci přístroje, který byl využit pro sběr dat. Kapitolu uzavírá oddíl statistiky. V něm se věnujeme definicím základních statistických metod a stanovení H0 hypotéz. Na kapitolu Literární přehled navazuje Vlastní práce. V ní se věnujeme již konkrétním laboratorním místnostem ve firmě TestLine. Najdeme zde výkres místností jejich vybavenost aj. Před praktickou částí se ještě věnujeme výpočtům, jaký objem vzduchu bude testován a v kolika bodech měření, zde se odkazujeme na normu ČSN EN ISO 14644-1. Praktická část pak obsahuje statistické zpracování naměřených dat (ty nalezneme v přílohách). Jejich vyhodnocení a kapitolu uzavírá Diskuse a doporučení. Závěr shrnuje získané poznatky.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on determination of the number of dust particles in the production environment with an increased requirement for environmental cleanliness. Object of thesis is to classify selected laboratory rooms in accordance with relevant technical standard. Compare the result with similar types of laboratory and discuss possible ways to improve condition in this rooms. Meassurement of the airborne dust particles in the selected environment and their compare with scientific publication was needed to achieve this object The thesis is divided into several parts. In a first part Methodology we will get acquainted with the methods and procedurs we will used. The chapter Literary review follows. In this chapter will be summarized main knowledge gained from the literature which is aimed on this issue. Here you will find definitions of clean room, pollutants. Description of methods suitable for measuring the concentration of particles in the air. Basic specifications of the equipment that was used for data collection. The chapter closes with the statistics section. The chapter is closed by determination of hypotheses H0. In particle part of thesis we focus on specific laboratory rooms in the TestLine company. Here you will find a drawing of the rooms, their equipment, etc. We calculate what volume of air will be tested and at how many measurement points. This measurement is in with standard ČSN EN ISO 14644-1. Measured data will tested by statistical method. Whole part will be closed by discussion and recommendation. The conclusion summarizes the findings.
