The control system of selected company

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit stávající stav a úlohu kontrolního systému ve vybraném podniku za využití vhodných metod a navrhnout opatření k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků. Tato bakalářská práce je aplikována na kontrolní systém pojišťovny. Teoretická část je zaměřena na sběr a souhrn teoretických informací z odborné literatury z hlediska kontrolního systému. V této části je charakterizována podstata kontroly, kontrola jednotlivých útvarů a kontrola jednotlivých pracovníků v oblasti likvidace pojistných událostí, specifikována rizika a vysvětlení pojistných pojmů. Ve druhé aplikační části je výzkum zaměřen na kontrolu jednotlivých útvarů a kontrolu v oblasti likvidace pojistných událostí, včetně diagnostiky a uvedení názorných příkladů pojistného podvodu, a jejich plynoucích úspor pro pojišťovnu. Součástí výzkumu je provedený rozhovor s manažerem a s likvidátorem. Výstupem je celkové vyhodnocení kontrolního procesu a provedení statistiky v pojišťovně za poslední 3 roky. Na závěr budou konstatována zjištění, na jejichž základě budou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a navržena rozumná opatření vedoucí k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is evaluate the current state and role of the control system in the selected company by using suitable methods and propose measures to eliminate the deficiencies. This bachelor thesis is applied to the control system of the insurance company. The theoretical part is focused on the collecting and summarization of theoretical information from literature. In this part are described the essence of control, control of individual units and monitoring of individual workers in the settlement of claims, specified risk insurance and explanations of terms. In the second, application part of bachelor thesis, is the research focused on the control of individual units and control in settlement of claims, including diagnostics and giving examples of insurance frauds and their resulting savings for the insurance company. An interview with a manager and insurance assessor are part of the research. The output is an overall evaluation of the monitoring process and the implementation of statistics in an insurance company for the last three years. In conclusion, the findings will be stated. On their basis, the research questions will be answered and reasonable measures will be designed to correct the deficiencies.
