Práce se zabývá pohledem na vzdělávání seniorů a jeho aspekty. Představuje seniora jako účastníka edukace, jeho motivaci i bariéry a předsudky spojené se vzděláváním. Seznamuje s důležitými prvky, jako jsou zásady, cíle, formy i funkce edukace. Věnuje pozornost osobnosti lektora a jeho roli ve vzdělávání seniorů. Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is the education of seniors and it's specifics. It presents the senior person as a part of the educational process, their motivation, barriers and prejudice with regards to education. It highlights crucial points, such as principles, goals, forms and function of education. It comments on the personality of the lecturer as well as their role in the education of the elderly. …more
