Influence of mowing on the content of organic and inorganic nutrients in silage of alfalfa

Abstract:

ABSTRAKTCílem této práce bylo porovnání obsahu vybranných anorganických a organických látek v silážích vojtěšky seté v závislosti na pořadí seče a její vliv na obsah vybranných živin. Hodnoceny byly 4 seče v každém roce a to od roku 2015 do roku 2018. Práce se v literární přehledu zabývala morfologií vojtěšky seté, postupuem silážování, obsahem anorganických a organických látek obsažených v siláži , možností použití silážních aditiv a zdravotní bezpečnost vojtěšky seté.V druhé časti se prakticky zjišťoval obsah vybranných organických a anorganických látek( CP,VRC, CF, ADF, NDF, Ca, P, Mg, Na, K) v siláži vojtěšky seté v závislosti na pořádí seče a to v letech 2015 až 2019.Z každé seče byl udělán rozbor. na základě těchto rozborů byla zpracována statistika, kde byla u CF statisticky prokázáno pokles obsahu CF s každou sečí u ostatních látek nebyla statistika průkazná.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to compare the content of selected inorganic and organic substances in alfalfa silages depending on the order of mowing and its effect on the content of selected nutrients. 4 mowings were evaluated in each year, from 2015 to 2018.In the literature review, the work dealt with the morphology of alfalfa, the process of silage, the content of inorganic and organic substances contained in silage, the possibility of using silage additives and the health safety of alfalfa.In the second part, the content of selected organic and inorganic substances (CP, VRC, CF, ADF, NDF, Ca, P, Mg, Na, K) in alfalfa silage was practically determined depending on the mowing order in the years 2015 to 2019. An analysis was made of each mowing. Based on these analyzes, statistics were compiled where the decrease in CF content was statistically demonstrated for CF with each cut for other substances, the statistics were not conclusive..Key words: alfalfa, silage from wilted forage, content of organic and inorganic nutrients, silage, additives
