Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on introducing the business plan of the newly-established company Café de Fiets, s.r.o., which combines the concept of a café with that of a bicycle repair service. The business plan is aimed at verifying the viability of this project and in doing so aiding the company in successfully commencing its operations and achieving its goals. The first part of the thesis consists of the theoretical concepts behind the individual parts of the business plan, based on the research of relevant sources. These are subsequently used in the second, practical part of the thesis, which forms the business plan itself.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca je zameraná na predstavenie podnikateľského plánu novovznikajúceho podniku Café de Fiets, s.r.o., ktorý kombinuje koncept kaviarne s cykloservisom. Podnikateľský plán overuje životaschopnosť tohto projektu a jeho účelom je teda napomôcť podniku v úspešnom zahájení činnosti a dosahovaní jeho cieľov. Prvá časť práce obsahuje teoretické podklady jednotlivých častí podnikateľského plánu vychádzajúce z rešerše relevantných odborných zdrojov. Tieto poznatky sú následne využité v druhej, praktickej časti, ktorá tvorí samotný podnikateľský plán.
