Abstract:
Tato práce se v teoretické části zabývá kinetickými metodami v analytické chemii, metodou a instrumentací molekulové absorpční spektrometrie a popisem stanovovaných látek. V praktické části rozebírá stanovení kyseliny askorbové a vybraných iontů kovů (Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+ a Cd2+) pomocí chemické kinetiky. The theoretical part of this bachelor´s thesis focuses on the use of kinetic methods in analytical chemistry, the methods and instrumentation for molecular absorption spectrometry, and a description of the chemicals investigated in this work.
