Abstract:
V práci jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska trvale udržitelného rozvoje a společenské odpovědnosti firem. Je analyzována aplikace těchto východisek do praxe ve společnosti Tesco, prostřednictvím kritického zhodnocení současné strategie společenské odpovědnosti firmy na mezinárodní úrovni i v ČR. Abstract:
This thesis summarizes the theory of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. These theoretical findings are compared with corporate social responsibility strategy of Tesco at the multinational level and also at the level of Czech Republic. The work describes and evaluates each part of company´s strategy, identifies its weaknesses and suggests how to improve them.
