The faktors related to the downfall of the alzheimer´s diesease patients

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pádů seniorů s Alzheimerovou chorobou. V teoretické části je popsána Alzheimerova choroba a problematika pádů v ošetřovatelské praxi. Vymezení pojmů a teoretických východisek v těchto oblastech. Práce si klade za cíl zmapovat nejčastější faktory vedoucí k pádu seniorů s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Za metodiku práce bylo zvoleno kvantitativní šetření pomocí retrospektivní analýzy dokumentace za poslední 3 roky a to od ledna roku 2017 do prosince roku 2019. Cílová skupina respondentů jsou senioři nad 65 let věku s diagnostikovanou Alzheimerovou chorobou. Celkový počet respondentů je 150 klientů domova se zvláštním režimem. Dále půjde o zpracování, vyhodnocení a interpretaci získaných dat, pomocí kterých budou zjištěny nejčastější faktory způsobující pády seniorů s Alzheimerovou chorobou

Abstract:

This work deals with the issue of falls of seniors with Alzheimer's disease. The theoretical part describes Alzheimer's disease and the issue of falls in nursing practice. Definition of concepts and theoretical background in these section. The aim of the work chart common factors leading to falls of seniors with Alzheimer's disease. A quantitative research was chosen as a methodology of the work. Retrospective analysis of documentation over a period of three years. From January 2017 to December 2019. The target group of respondents are seniors over 65 years of age diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. The total number of respondents are 150 clients of a home with a special regime. The next part of the work deals with a processing, evaluation and interpretation of obtained data which will be used to identity the most common factors causing fall of seniors with Alzheimer's disease.
