Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu mezoprostředí a makroprostředí v sektoru služeb. Mezoprostředí bylo analyzováno prostřednictvím Porterova modelu pěti konkrečních sil včetně benchmarkingu, které budou porovnávat největší konkurenci modelového podniku na základě zvolených ukazatelů. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of the mesoenvironment and macroenvironment in the service sector. The mesoenvironment was analyzed by Porter's model of five concrete forces, including benchmarking, which will compare the largest competitors of the model company based on selected indicators.
