Wage and average earning
Abstract:
The purpose of my bachelor thesis was to mainly theoretically define the concepts such as wage and average earnings. Within the wage, I would mention the wage system in the company and to explain his formation and functioning. The average earning, I have dealt also with minimum wage, interannual evolution of the average wage and comparison of the average wage between the sexes.

Účelom mojej bakalárskej práce bolo najmä teoreticky vymedziť pojmy ako sú mzda a priemerný zárobok. V rámci mzdy som chcel poukázať tiež na mzdový systém v podniku a vysvetliť jeho tvorbu a fungovanie. Pri priemernom zárobku som sa zaoberal aj minimálnou mzdou, medziročným vývojom priemerného zárobku a porovnaním priemerného zárobku medzi pohlaviami.
