Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Spolupráce aktérů cestovního ruchu v Jižní Africe“ je zhodnocení spolupráce mezi klíčovými aktéry cestovního ruchu v Jižní Africe. Úvod práce se na základě teoretických poznatků soustředí na vysvětlení významu partnerství v cestovním ruchu, jež se jako jeden z faktorů podílí na rozvoji destinace. Další část práce popisuje současný stav cestovního ruchu v Jižní Africe a definuje hlavní organizace zabývající se problematikou cestovního ruchu. Závěrečná, praktická část pak aplikuje teoretické poznatky na subjekty v cestovním ruchu působící v Jižní Africe. Shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu vybraného vzorku aktérů, zaměřeného na vzájemnou spolupráci.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis „The Cooperation among Stakeholders in South Africa“ is evaluate the cooperation between key actors of tourism in South Africa. The introduction of the thesis based on theoretical knowledge focuses on explaining the importance of partnership in tourism, which is one of the factor involved in the development of destinations. The next part describes the current situation of tourism in South Africa and definies the main organizations involved in tourism. The final section applies the theoretical thesis to stakeholders in tourism based in South Africa. It summarizes the results of a questionnaire survey of a sample of participants, focused on mutual cooperation.
