Předmětem bakalářské práce "Uznávání kvalifikací" je analýza systému uznávání kvalifikací v Evropské unii a České republice doplněná o příslušnou judikaturu.Práce popisuje oblasti uznávání profesních kvalifikací pokryté směrnicí 2005/36/ES působící v EU.
