How lecturers of experiential learning work with trust building techniques

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce pojednává o práci lektorů zkušenostního učení s důvěrovými technikami. Základem této práce je zkušenostní učení, ve kterém jsou tyto techniky využívány. Dále se zabývám pojetím pojmu důvěra, na který nahlížím nejdříve jako na předpoklad pro efektivní práci ve skupině, a následně se zaměřuji na vývoj důvěry ve skupině z pohledu skupinové dynamiky. Tyto dva teoretické koncepty spojuji ve třetí kapitole, v níž jsou představeny důvěrové techniky a podmínky práce s nimi. Empirická část je zaměřena na to, jak lektoři zkušenostního učení vnímají vlastní práci s důvěrovými technikami, tedy které důvěrové techniky používají, k jakým cílům, a jak vnímají realizaci těchto techik.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses the work of lecturers of experiential learning with trust building techniques. The foundation for this thesis is the experiential learning, in which trust techniques are used. Secondly I inquire into the concept of trust, on which I initially look as a precondition for effective work in groups, and then I focus on the development of trust from the point of view of group dynamics. Those two theoretical concepts are connected in the third chapter, in which trust building techniques and the conditions of working with them are introduced. The empirical part focuses on how lecturers of experiential learning view their own work with trust building techniques. That includes which trust building techniques they use, to what purposes and how they view implementation of those techniques.
