Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o důchodovém systému v České republice a s ním související nabídkou práce seniorů. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit determinanty mající vliv na nabídku práce osob v pokročilém věku, a to porovnáním dat z mezinárodní databáze SHARE. This bachelor thesis deals with the pension system in the Czech Republic and labour supply of elderly. The aim of this work is to analyse and evaluate determinants influencing labour supply of older people by comparing data from the international database SHARE.
