Abstract:
Cílem práce je syntéza inhibitorů mTOR, které mají potenciál jako léčiva pro řadu onemocnění. V práci je shrnuto rozdělení proteinkináz do jednotlivých skupin s jejich charakteristickými vlastnostmi. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny někteří zástupci již schválených inhibitorů proteinkináz se základními údaji. V praktické části jsou shrnuty jednotlivé syntézy finálních látek. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is the synthesis of mTOR inhibitors, which have potential as medicines for a number of diseases. The work summarizes the division of protein kinases into individual groups with their characteristic properties.
