Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení současné právní úpravy užívacích vztahů k pozemkům a její srovnání s již platným, avšak nikoli ještě účinným zákonem č. 89/2012 Sb. Nejprve jsou uvedeny vnitrostátní právní prameny, další kapitola se věnuje právním institutům souvisejícím s užívacími vztahy. Abstract:
The purpose of this diploma thesis is evaluation of current legal legislation of enjoyment of land and comparison with new and yet non - effective civil code. Firstly there are stated legal sources; next chapter is dealing with legal institutes relating to enjoyment of land.
