Abstract:

Cílem této práce je identifikovat finanční řízení rodinných podniků, a to z pohledu finančního růstu, počtu zaměstnanců a stability na trhu. Rodinné podniky plní velice důležitou roli v oblasti ekonomiky a zaměstnanosti. Jsou velice stabilním zaměstnavatelem. K tomuto účelu jsou využity metody finanční analýzy v podobě rentability a likvidity, obsahová analýza, index bankrotu, výše tržeb, aktiv atd. K výzkumu jsou použity firmy z oblasti potravinářství, strojírenství a zemědělství. Je zjištěno, že vybrané firmy jsou na trhu velice stabilní, a to jak z finančního pohledu, tak z pohledu zaměstnávání a pandemie Covid-19 je z finančního hlediska neohrozila. Firmy vykazují vyrovnaný zisk, který navyšují, a tím mohou investovat do dalšího vývoje své firmy. Firmy čerpají dotace od různých ministerstev a fondů Evropské unie. Výzkum je značně omezen tím, že v ČR je definice rodinného podniku upřesněna od roku 2019. Tudíž výsledná data lze velice špatně porovnávat s daty a pracemi jiných autorů.

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to analyze the financial management of family businesses in terms of financial growth, number of employees and market stability. Family businesses play a very important role in the economy and employment. They are a very stable employer. For this financial analysis methods are used in the form of profitability and liquidity content analysis, bankruptcy index, sales amount, assets etc. Firms in the food, engineering and agriculture sectors are used for the research. It is found that the selected firms are very stable in the market both from financial and employment point of view and the Covid-19 pandemic has not threatened them from financial point of view. The firms show a balanced profit which they increase and thus can invest in the further development of their firm. The firms also draw subsidies from various ministries and EU funds. The research is severely limited by the fact that the definition of a family business in the Czech Republic has been specified since 2019. Thus, the resulting data is very difficult to compare with data and work of other authors.
