Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují zaměstnavatele v přijmutí uchazeče se záznamem v rejstříku trestů. V první části práce se zaměřuji na celou problematiku zaměstnání lidí se záznamem v rejstříku trestů a na úlohu zaměstnavatelů v tomto procesu. This thesis deals with factors affecting the employer in the process of hiring an applicant with a criminal record. In the first part of the thesis I focus on the issue of employing people with criminal records and the role of employers in such process.
